New paper on Earth observation validation practices across communities

This new paper provides an exhaustive review and inter-comparisons of validation practices across Earth Observation (EO) communities, and gives recommendations that aim towards standardized good practices. The paper is an international team effort of leading EO Scientists in their respective fields, which came out of two workshops which were held at the International Space Science Institute (ISSI) in Switzerland.
